Vatsalya Srijan Youth Organization
Swami Vivekananda Jayanti (Youth Day) Celebration
On January 12, Vatsalya Srijan Youth Organization, Chhattisgarh, organized a lecture series in Seldip Kurud, Dhamtari, emphasizing Swami Vivekananda’s teachings. His quote, “Arise, awake, and stop not until the goal is reached,” inspired attendees. The program highlighted his ideals of social service, self-reliance, and youth empowerment, urging participants to integrate these values into their lives.
Vivekananda Youth Week Celebration
From January 12, a week-long series of events in Gram Dahi, Dhamtari, promoted self-reliance, education, and social service. Under the Sainik Mitannin program, Indian Army soldiers were honored. Talented students and Chhattisgarhi artists were recognized for their contributions to cultural heritage, motivating youth towards societal betterment.
God Gram Madai Mela Mahotsav
On January 20, Vatsalya Srijan actively participated in the Parewadih Madai Mela, featuring cultural programs, folk performances, and traditional dances. The initiative promoted unity and social cooperation, with a mesmerizing performance by Lokrang Arjunda adding grandeur to the festival.
Blood Donation Awareness Program
Recognizing the need for blood donations, volunteers actively engaged in this noble cause. Sheetlesh Sahu completed his 19th blood donation, while Jhamm Sahu donated for the first time at Dhamtari Hospital. Their efforts set a remarkable example of humanitarian service.
Kabir Satsang and Community Bhoj Program
On February 17, Parewadi hosted a grand Kabir Satsang and community feast, spreading the teachings of Kabir through bhajans and couplets. Villagers gathered to promote unity and harmony. The event, guided by a revered saint, provided spiritual enrichment to attendees.
Youth Festival Program
On March 3, a district-level Youth Festival in Dhamtari showcased Chhattisgarhi folk arts, including Raut Nacha and Sua Dance. Competitions in art, music, dance, and literature honored cultural artists, fostering appreciation for traditional arts and inspiring young talent.
Meeting & Upcoming Action Plan
A meeting in Megha, Magarlod, discussed future initiatives, fundraising, and social welfare programs. The session aimed at enhancing cooperation and setting a clear direction for organizational growth.
Cultural Program & Felicitation Ceremony
On March 5, a felicitation ceremony at Hardiha Sahu Samaj Bhavan honored 140 participants from Dhamtari who excelled in the State Youth Festival. Distinguished guests, including Chunnilal Sahu (MP) and Ranjana Sahu (MLA), recognized their achievements, motivating the youth towards cultural excellence.
World Forestry Day
On March 21, a tree plantation drive in Dahi village emphasized environmental conservation. Participants planted Neem, Peepal, and Mango trees, pledging to protect nature and promote greenery.
RIPA Paint Manufacturing Visit – Balod
On March 30, members visited the eco-friendly “Cow Dung Paint Manufacturing” project in Balod, exploring sustainable development opportunities. The initiative was praised for its economic and environmental benefits.
Group Discussion & Capacity Building Program
On April 7, a self-employment awareness program in Raipur educated women on financial independence through entrepreneurship, covering government aid and skill development.
Kutumb Prabodhan & Play, Dance, Sing Program
On May 10, in Single Island, Dhamtari, 300 families participated in sports, cultural activities, and mental health workshops, fostering family bonding and well-being.
Night Kabaddi Tournament
On June 4, a Night Kabaddi Tournament in Seldip Kurud, attended by community leaders, promoted sports enthusiasm. Winning teams were honored with mementos.
Hareli Festival Celebration
On July 17, with the support of the Chhattisgarh Government, the Hareli Festival in Pariwadih featured folk performances and cultural displays, preserving regional traditions.
Janmashtami Festival Celebration
On August 9, Janmashtami was celebrated in Semra B, Dhamtari, with devotional prayers, tableaus, and Dahi Handi competitions, engaging the community in spiritual festivities.
Teacher’s Day Felicitation Ceremony
On September 5, teachers in Semra B were honored for their dedication. Students expressed gratitude through performances, and local representatives highlighted the importance of education.
Alwa Foundation Visit
On September 8, organization members visited Raipur to assess education, women empowerment, and health initiatives, strengthening collaborative efforts.

On September 18, a government-supported Teej Festival in Parewadih showcased traditional dance and music, celebrating Chhattisgarhi heritage.

On September 29, a Pandvani folk art performance by Ganga Manikpuri captivated Semra B villagers, emphasizing cultural preservation.

Voter Awareness Campaign
During the assembly elections, the organization assisted senior citizens in voting and educated youth on democratic participation.
